1. Who we are

The SurviveX cluster and this website are operated by SurviveX DevStudio FZ-LLC ("we", "us"). By joining our game servers, our Discord, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Free to play

Access to the SurviveX servers is free. We do not sell in-game items, advantages or access. Nothing on this site is a paid service.

3. Playing on our servers

• You must follow the server rules. Cheating, exploiting, harassment and hate speech are not tolerated.
• Admins may warn, kick or ban players at their discretion to protect the community. Bans can be appealed through a Discord ticket.
• Your in-game progress (bases, dinos, items) exists on our servers and may be lost through gameplay, technical failure or the cluster ceasing to operate. We do our best to protect it but cannot guarantee it.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the cluster online around the clock, with brief nightly restarts. Restarts and planned maintenance are announced with in-game notifications and countdown timers so you have time to get somewhere safe. In an emergency we may take servers offline immediately, without notice.

5. Changes

We may update these terms, the rules, and server settings at any time. Significant changes are announced in Discord.
